Conception 2010 …

was really fucking awesome. It really was ;)

I hadn’t really expected to have such tons of fun. Over the course of the year I’d really had lost feeling with roleplaying since the campaign we were playing kind of screeched to a halt. And I’ve never really been able to remember the twenty thousand bazillion rules that need to be remembered during a long campaign in a D&D or Everquest or Savage Worlds setting.

Enter Indie Games!

I honestly can’t remember how many games Bren and I completely derailed by inserting our own – awesome :P – content, but all of them were influenced by generous amounts of cider. Bulmer ftw! We left the Con with various scenario’s, game systems (Lady Blackbird and Jaws of the Six Serpents being prominent) and a promise that we would show up at IndieCon in november.

We met a lot of new people, some unforgettable ;) – especially those of the Pompey crew – and some which need to be fast forgotten. Both of us might actually take a stab at GM’ing at IndieCon.

*yaaaawn*

Work is the last thing on my mind right now tbh.

Guess the cider makes people forgetful. The promise was GMing at Indiecon :P

Well, Bren might have promised that, but I sure did not. I just promised to be there, nothing more, nothing less ;)
