Second viewing

So there were two viewings today. I thought there only would be one with two people, but it were actually two consecutive viewings. The first pple thought it a really sweet house but a little expensive. They would think about it.

But the second pple are returning tomorrow for a second viewing and they are bringing their own “specialist” or so it said on the card that the real estate agent left us. I suspect that they might be interested but want to bring their own real estate agent, much like I did when I was looking for a house.

At this very point I am a little jaded I think. Last time something like this happened, I was very excited but in the end things fell through. This time I am in a ” watching the cat out of the tree ” mode as we Dutch say. I am only glad that with the heavy rainfall today the roof didn’t leak. Seems like the improvised fix worked if only temporarily. I am hoping there is no rain tomorrow, cause then The Man and Jo-Jo might manage to finish fixing the roof and we’re done with it.

Oh, I do not dare hope. How lame is that ~rolls eyes~

Update

I just found out that the house we’d had our eyes on for so long in Breda has been sold. Bummer. But, then I found this, and man, do I like it *g*
I guess no matter how it turns out, we will always find something we’ll like. There’s so much for sale in our price range, it is unbelieveable.
